OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
ELIGIBILITY
The Auto Value®/Bumper to Bumper® The Big Kahuna Getaway (“Sweepstakes”) is offered only in the United States (Not offered in Florida, New York or Puerto Rico) and Canada, and is open only to persons who are legal residents of the United States and Canada who have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory at time of entry and who are employed in the automotive aftermarket as repair technicians who purchase or use auto parts in order to repair customer vehicle.
ENTRY PERIOD
Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT), September 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT), November 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). For purposes of these official rules, all times listed refer to Central Daylight Time.

TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES
There are three ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
- Complete the Official Entry Form online at https://bigkahunagetaway.com/. Enter the serial number from the official entry card provided with each purchase order over $150.00 USD or CDN. One entry is awarded for each such purchase.
- Users of Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper’s on-line parts purchasing tool MyPlace4Parts® can click on the Official Entry Form that appears with each purchase of over $150.00 USD or CDN. They will automatically receive one entry for each such purchase, and an additional entry for each additional increment of $150 in daily purchases.
- Send a 3x5 card with the following information: Technician Name, Email, Home/Street Address, City, State, Zip, Store/Shop Name, Store/Shop Address, City, State, Zip, Store/Shop Phone to:

All entrants must provide a street address. Entries providing only a post office box will not be accepted.
All Sweepstakes entries must be based on orders placed via MyPlace4Parts® on or before November 30, 2026 or 3X5 cards postmarked on or before November 30, 2026. All Sweepstakes entries must be received by December 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM CDT. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited.
DISCLAIMER
Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and all warehouse distributors, jobbers, and other vendors associated with the Sponsor in promoting and/or administering the Sweepstakes (the Sponsor and such other associated entities, being collectively called the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not responsible for lost, interrupted, late or damaged mail, unauthorized human intervention, or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic; including without limitation incorrect or incomplete Sweepstakes information (including Sweepstakes entry information) regardless of cause.
Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Use of robotic, automated, programmed, or like means to enter the Sweepstakes will void all entries affected by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the Sweepstakes entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes. Once submitted, all requests and entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
By completing the Official Entry form, all entrants consent to the collection, use and distribution of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of running the Sweepstakes and as permitted by these rules. Personal information is defined as anything that identifies an entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age, home address, email address, gender. Sponsor will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes.
DRAWINGS
Winners will be selected by three (3) random drawings from all eligible entries received by 11:59 PM Central the day prior to each drawing date. The drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor. The drawings for the Sweepstakes will be conducted on October 1, 2026 (Drawing 1), November 1, 2026 (Drawing 2) and December 1, 2026 (Drawing 3). All entries not selected as Winners from any, but the third drawing will be included in any subsequent drawings in this Sweepstakes.
SKILL-TESTING QUESTION (CANADIAN RESIDENTS ONLY)
Upon notification of selection for The Big Kahuna Getaway winner’s trip, if the selected entrant is a Canadian resident, he or she must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, before the prize will be awarded. In the event that the selected entrant is unable to answer the skill-testing question correctly, the Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify said entrant and to randomly draw another eligible entry, and the Sponsor shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.
SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)
WINNERS TRIP: Total of twenty-five (25) winners will each win The Big Kahuna Getaway trip package. (ARV of the trip package is $12,000 each). Eight (8) Trip Winners will be selected in Drawing 1. Eight (8) Trip Winners will be selected in Drawing 2. Nine (9) Trip Winners will be selected in Drawing 3.
FIRST PRIZE: Total of thirty (30) winners will each win a VISA Gift card valued at $500 USD. Ten (10) First Prize Winners will be selected in each Drawing.
SECOND PRIZE: Total of sixty (60) winners will each win a VISA Gift card valued at $250 USD. Twenty (20) Second Prize Winners will be selected in each Drawing.
THIRD PRIZE: Total of one hundred fifty (150) winners will each win a VISA Gift card valued at $100 USD. Fifty (50) Third Prize Winners will be selected each Drawing.
Prizes are not allocated on a regional basis. The ARVs are subject to change based on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment and the time of travel and the distance between departure and destination. Any difference between the ARVs and the actual values, if any, will not be awarded.
The Prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Prize is non-transferable; there are no substitutions or cash redemptions except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded.
Winners will be required to execute and return a Statement of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) within 14 days of notification attempt, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among all of the remaining eligible entries. The electronic signature on the Statement of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release will be the legal equivalent of the manual signature of each winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for misplaced, lost, stolen, or tampered with entry cards or other prizes.
Each Prize winner will be required to supply Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes. Taxes (if any) on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be assigned. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received at the time of draw.
TRIP WINNERS:
twenty-five (25) winners will win a Sweepstakes Trip package (referred to as “Trip”) provided by Sponsor. A Trip will be provided to the trip winner and his/her one (1) guest, who have both (Trip Winner and Guest, as defined below) reached 21 years of age at the time of the Trip, to Honolulu, Hawaii (the “Destination”). The winner of the Trip is referred to as the “Trip Winner” and his/her guest as “Guest”.
The Trip consists of round-trip coach airfare, 6 nights’ hotel accommodations (standard double occupancy room and room tax only); selected activities and participation in meals and activities hosted by Sponsor. The approximate retail value of Trip is $12,000 USD.
The trips winners and Guest will be solely responsible for any and all meals, beverages, ground transfers between winner’s residence and airport of departure, gratuities, travel upgrades, personal incidentals and any other expenses not specified herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the Trip Winner resides within 100 miles of Destination. Trip Winner and Guest must travel on same itinerary. Trip Winner and Guest will be responsible for obtaining valid U.S. government identification and/or other required travel documents (as applicable) prior to travel and the associated costs for these and other requirements. The Trip will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. The Trip is nontransferable; no substitutions or cash redemptions except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded. The Trip Winner will be required to execute and return a Sworn Statement of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and Guest must execute and return a Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) within 14 days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among all of the remaining eligible entries. In the event any Guest is considered a minor in the jurisdiction in which Guest resides, Guest’s parent or legal guardian must sign and return the Liability and Publicity Release. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. If either the Trip Winner or Guest becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the Trip package due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of: (1) being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the prize award; or (2) extending the period during which such prize may be awarded for a period determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. The Trip Winner or Guest must prove such disability by a doctor’s certificate, which certificate shall be endorsed by another physician agreeable to Sponsor and the Trip Winner at the Trip Winner’s expense. If a the Trip Winner chooses not to take any Guest, or if any Guest do not sign the documentation as provided in these Official Rules within the time frame specified, then the Guest elements of the Winners Trip will be forfeited and the other elements of the Winners Trip shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s obligation to award the Winners Trip. The Trip Winner and Guest agree to comply with all venue rules and regulations and agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Sponsor will determine in its sole discretion the airline and hotel to be provided as part of the Trip. All travel dates are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the Trip Winner or any Guest are not available or able to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, Trip Winner and Guest’ privileges will be terminated and an alternative Trip Winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries if time permits. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and must be round trip.
The Trip Winner and Guest acknowledge that they will be required to sign a waiver and assumption of risk regarding their participation in the Trip. By accepting the Trip, the Trip Winner and Guest hereby release and covenant not to sue all Sweepstakes Entities for any personal property damage or personal injuries that may occur to either of them as a result of participating in the Trip.
APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES:
As stated above.
EXCLUSION FROM ELIGIBILITY
Employees, officers, and directors of Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc., its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, the other Sweepstakes Entities, and the members of the immediate family of any of the foregoing (parents, siblings, children, and spouse) or those persons living in the same household, whether related or not, of such individuals are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By entering, entrant has confirmed and is held accountable that the address on their entry is current and is valid for the Sweepstakes Period and for six months after the Sweepstakes has ended. The entrant’s address must be a street address. Entries showing post office boxes will not be accepted. Any prizes shipped to a wrong address or unclaimed will be forfeited and winner will become disqualified. The eligibility of each prize winner will be verified by the member of the Sponsor who made the sweepstakes available to such winner. Upon verification, the prize will be shipped to such members of the Sponsor. Such members will then notify the winner by telephone, e-mail or mail and will make arrangements for the delivery of the prize to the winner. Winners will be notified. If prize is returned as undeliverable, the winner of such prize will be disqualified, and an alternate winner selected in a random manner from among the remaining eligible entries. Each prize winner will be required to execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) within 14 days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among all of the remaining eligible entries.
By entering in the Sweepstakes, entrant: (a) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by Sponsor and by the decisions of Sponsor; (b) acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules; (c) agrees to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations; (d) acknowledges the inherent hazards and risks associated with the use of powersport vehicles, including sever injury and even loss of life and freely accepts and expressly assumes all risk, dangers and hazards that may arise from operation of a powersport vehicle which could result in personal injury, loss of life and property damage; and (e) forever releases, absolves, indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc., the other Sweepstakes Entities, the respective companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages to person (including death) and/or property of any kind caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities, and for any claim, demand, or cause of action known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, past, present or future, to the maximum extent permitted by law without exception or reservation, including claims based on defamation, publicity rights, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property related cause of action. By accepting a prize, winner grants the right to Sponsor to record, videotape, and photograph such winner (“Images”). These Images will be owned by Sponsor. Sponsor and each of its designees shall have the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy, and exploit such Images, and all elements embodied therein, including any names, likenesses, voice, conversation, and any other attributes of such winner, individually or with others, together with his/her name, address, as well as any statements made by such winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor (provided they are true) in whole or in part, in conjunction with other material, if any, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for the purpose of trade, advertising, promotion, or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in perpetuity, throughout the world, without additional compensation, consideration, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.
GENERAL TERMS
The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible if the Sweepstakes or if any prize cannot be awarded due to delays, interruptions, or failures due to acts of God, war, natural disasters, weather, acts or threats of terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, work stoppages, fire, acts of government, or other events outside of the reasonable control of the Sweepstakes Entities. If, for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sweepstakes Entities, which, in Sponsor’s sole determination, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or any part of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes or any part of the Sweepstakes is terminated or modified prior to the closing date of the Sweepstakes, notice will be posted on https://bigkahunagetaway.com/ if time permits and the prizes will be awarded to potential winners to be selected in a random drawing from among all of the remaining uncorrupted eligible entries received prior to any such event outside of the reasonable control of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to modify and amend these Official Rules from time to time during the Sweepstakes for clarification purposes.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) LOCATED WITHIN BEXAR COUNTY, TEXAS SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS SHALL GOVERN THE SWEEPSTAKES. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THESE COURTS.
QUEBEC’S RESIDENTS
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

El sorteo Auto Value®/Bumper to Bumper® “The Big Kahuna Getaway” (“Sorteo”) se ofrece únicamente en Estados Unidos (no se ofrece en Florida, Nueva York ni Puerto Rico) y Canadá, y está abierto únicamente a personas que sean residentes legales de Estados Unidos o Canadá, que hayan alcanzado la mayoría de edad en su estado, provincia o territorio al momento de participar, y que estén empleadas en el sector de posventa automotriz como técnicos de reparación que compran o utilizan autopartes para reparar vehículos de clientes.

Hay tres formas de participar en el Sorteo:

Se otorgará una participación por cada compra que cumpla con este requisito.
B. Los usuarios de la herramienta de compra de autopartes en línea MyPlace4Parts® de Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper pueden hacer clic en el Formulario Oficial de Participación que aparece con cada compra superior a $150.00 USD o CAD. Recibirán automáticamente una participación por cada compra que cumpla con este requisito, y una participación adicional por cada incremento adicional de $150 en compras diarias.

Los materiales de participación que hayan sido manipulados o alterados serán anulados. El uso de métodos robóticos, automatizados, programados o similares para participar en el Sorteo invalidará todas las participaciones afectadas por dichos métodos. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su entera discreción, de descalificar a cualquier persona que considere, a su entera discreción, que esté manipulando el proceso de participación o la operación del Sorteo. INFORMACIÓN PERSONAL
Al completar el Formulario Oficial de Participación, todos los participantes aceptan la recopilación, uso y distribución de su información personal por parte del Patrocinador con el propósito de administrar el Sorteo y según lo permitido por estas reglas. SORTEOS
Los ganadores serán seleccionados mediante tres (3) sorteos al azar entre todas las participaciones elegibles recibidas hasta las 11:59 p. m., hora del centro, del día anterior a cada fecha de sorteo. Los sorteos serán realizados por el Patrocinador. Los sorteos del Sorteo se llevarán a cabo el 1 de octubre de 2026 (Sorteo 1), el 1 de noviembre de 2026 (Sorteo 2) y el 1 de diciembre de 2026 (Sorteo 3). Todas las participaciones que no sean seleccionadas como ganadoras en cualquiera de los sorteos anteriores al tercero serán incluidas en los sorteos posteriores de este Sorteo.
PREGUNTA DE HABILIDAD MATEMÁTICA (SOLO PARA RESIDENTES DE CANADÁ)
Tras recibir la notificación de haber sido seleccionado para el viaje del ganador a The Big Kahuna Getaway Sweepstakes, si el participante seleccionado es residente de Canadá, deberá responder correctamente una pregunta de habilidad matemática con límite de tiempo, sin ningún tipo de ayuda, ya sea mecánica o de otro tipo, antes de que se otorgue el premio. En caso de que el participante seleccionado no pueda responder correctamente la pregunta de habilidad matemática, el Patrocinador tendrá derecho a descalificar a dicho participante y seleccionar al azar otra participación elegible. El Patrocinador quedará total y completamente liberado y exento de cualquier responsabilidad u obligación al respecto.
PREMIOS DEL SORTEO, VALOR MINORISTA APROXIMADO (ARV)
VIAJE PARA LOS GANADORES: Un total de veinticinco (25) ganadores recibirán cada uno un paquete de viaje de The Big Kahuna Getaway. GANADORES DEL VIAJE:
Veinticinco (25) ganadores recibirán un paquete de viaje del Sorteo (denominado el “Viaje”) proporcionado por el Patrocinador. Se otorgará un Viaje al ganador del viaje y a su acompañante (1) invitado, quienes deberán haber cumplido ambos (el Ganador del Viaje y el Invitado, según se define a continuación) los 21 años de edad al momento del Viaje, con destino a Honolulu, Hawái (el “Destino”). El ganador del Viaje se denominará el “Ganador del Viaje” y su acompañante se denominará el “Invitado”.
El Viaje incluye pasaje aéreo de ida y vuelta en clase económica, seis (6) noches de alojamiento en hotel (habitación estándar con ocupación doble e impuestos de habitación únicamente), actividades seleccionadas y participación en comidas y actividades organizadas por el Patrocinador. El valor minorista aproximado del Viaje es de $12,000 USD.
Los ganadores del Viaje y el Invitado serán responsables exclusivamente de todos y cada uno de los gastos de comidas, bebidas, traslados terrestres entre la residencia del ganador y el aeropuerto de salida, propinas, mejoras de categoría de viaje, gastos personales y cualquier otro gasto no especificado en este documento. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de proporcionar transporte terrestre en lugar de transporte aéreo si el Ganador del Viaje reside dentro de un radio de 100 millas del Destino. El Ganador del Viaje deberá firmar y devolver una Declaración Jurada de Elegibilidad y Exención de Responsabilidad y Autorización de Publicidad (salvo que la ley lo prohíba), y el Invitado deberá firmar y devolver una Exención de Responsabilidad y Autorización de Publicidad (salvo que la ley lo prohíba), dentro de los 14 días posteriores al intento de notificación; de lo contrario, el premio podrá ser anulado y se seleccionará un ganador alternativo mediante un sorteo al azar entre todas las participaciones elegibles restantes. En caso de que cualquier Invitado sea considerado menor de edad en la jurisdicción donde reside, el padre, madre o tutor legal del Invitado deberá firmar y devolver la Exención de Responsabilidad y Autorización de Publicidad. Si el Ganador del Viaje o el Invitado queda incapacitado o no puede disfrutar plenamente del paquete de Viaje debido a una enfermedad, el Patrocinador tendrá la opción, a su entera discreción, de: (1) quedar liberado de responsabilidad respecto al cumplimiento de la entrega del premio; o (2) extender el período durante el cual dicho premio podrá otorgarse por un plazo determinado a la exclusiva discreción del Patrocinador. El Ganador del Viaje o el Invitado deberá demostrar dicha incapacidad mediante un certificado médico, el cual deberá ser validado por otro médico aceptable para el Patrocinador y el Ganador del Viaje, a cargo del Ganador del Viaje. El Ganador del Viaje y el Invitado aceptan cumplir con todas las reglas y regulaciones del lugar del evento y se comprometen a no actuar de manera antideportiva o perturbadora.
El Patrocinador determinará, a su exclusiva discreción, la aerolínea y el hotel que se proporcionarán como parte del Viaje. Todas las fechas de viaje están sujetas a cambios a discreción exclusiva del Patrocinador. Si el Ganador del Viaje o cualquier Invitado no está disponible o no puede viajar en las fechas especificadas por el Patrocinador, los privilegios del Ganador del Viaje y del Invitado serán cancelados y se seleccionará al azar un ganador alternativo del Viaje entre las participaciones elegibles restantes, si el tiempo lo permite. CONDICIONES DE PARTICIPACIÓN
Al participar, el participante confirma y acepta ser responsable de que la dirección indicada en su participación sea actual y válida durante el Período del Sorteo y durante seis (6) meses después de que finalice el Sorteo. La dirección del participante debe ser una dirección física. No se aceptarán participaciones que indiquen únicamente apartados postales. Cualquier premio enviado a una dirección incorrecta o no reclamado será anulado y el ganador será descalificado. La elegibilidad de cada ganador del premio será verificada por el miembro del Patrocinador que haya puesto el Sorteo a disposición de dicho ganador. Una vez verificada la elegibilidad, el premio será enviado a dicho miembro del Patrocinador. Si un premio es devuelto por no poder entregarse, el ganador de dicho premio será descalificado y se seleccionará un ganador alternativo al azar entre las participaciones elegibles restantes. (e) libera permanentemente, exime, indemniza y acepta mantener indemne a Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc., las demás Entidades del Sorteo, sus respectivas compañías, filiales, subsidiarias, agencias de publicidad/promoción, y los empleados, funcionarios, directores y agentes de cualquiera de las organizaciones anteriores, de toda responsabilidad por cualquier lesión, pérdida o daño a personas (incluyendo la muerte) y/o bienes de cualquier tipo causado total o parcialmente, directa o indirectamente, por la participación en el Sorteo o por la aceptación, posesión o uso/mal uso del premio, o por la participación en cualquier actividad relacionada con el premio, así como por cualquier reclamación, demanda o causa de acción conocida o desconocida, sospechada o no sospechada, pasada, presente o futura, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley sin excepción ni reserva, incluyendo reclamaciones basadas en difamación, derechos de publicidad, invasión de la privacidad, infracción de derechos de autor, infracción de marcas comerciales o cualquier otra causa de acción relacionada con propiedad intelectual.
Al aceptar un premio, el ganador otorga al Patrocinador el derecho de grabar, filmar y fotografiar a dicho ganador (“Imágenes”). Estas Imágenes serán propiedad del Patrocinador. TÉRMINOS GENERALES
Las Entidades del Sorteo no son responsables si el Sorteo o cualquier premio no puede otorgarse debido a retrasos, interrupciones o fallas causadas por actos de fuerza mayor, guerra, desastres naturales, condiciones climáticas, actos o amenazas de terrorismo, huelgas, cierres patronales, disputas laborales, interrupciones de trabajo, incendios, actos gubernamentales u otros eventos fuera del control razonable de las Entidades del Sorteo.
Si por cualquier motivo el Sorteo no puede realizarse según lo planeado, incluyendo, sin limitación, infección por virus informático, errores, manipulación, intervención no autorizada, fraude, fallas técnicas u otras causas fuera del control razonable de las Entidades del Sorteo que, a juicio exclusivo del Patrocinador, corrompan o afecten la administración, seguridad, imparcialidad, integridad o correcta realización del Sorteo, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su exclusiva discreción, de cancelar, finalizar, modificar o suspender el Sorteo o cualquier parte del mismo. Si el Sorteo o cualquier parte del mismo es cancelado o modificado antes de la fecha de cierre del Sorteo, se publicará un aviso en https://bigkahunagetaway.com/ si el tiempo lo permite, y los premios se otorgarán a posibles ganadores seleccionados mediante un sorteo al azar entre todas las participaciones elegibles no alteradas recibidas antes del evento fuera del control razonable del Patrocinador. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de modificar y actualizar estas Reglas Oficiales ocasionalmente durante el Sorteo con fines de aclaración.

Le tirage au sort Auto Value®/Bumper to Bumper® « The Big Kahuna Getaway » (« Tirage au sort ») est offert uniquement aux États-Unis (il n’est pas offert en Floride, à New York ni au Porto Rico) et au Canada. Le Commanditaire ne vendra ni ne transmettra ces renseignements à des tiers, sauf aux fins de l’administration du présent Tirage au sort.
TIRAGES
Les gagnants seront sélectionnés au moyen de trois (3) tirages aléatoires parmi toutes les participations admissibles reçues au plus tard à 23 h 59, heure du Centre, le jour précédant chaque date de tirage. Les tirages seront effectués par le Commanditaire. Les tirages du Tirage au sort auront lieu le 1er octobre 2026 (Tirage 1), le 1er novembre 2026 (Tirage 2) et le 1er décembre 2026 (Tirage 3). Toutes les participations qui n’auront pas été sélectionnées comme gagnantes lors de l’un ou l’autre des tirages précédant le troisième tirage seront incluses dans les tirages subséquents du présent Tirage au sort.
QUESTION D’HABILETÉ MATHÉMATIQUE (RÉSIDENTS DU CANADA SEULEMENT)
Après avoir été avisé de sa sélection pour le voyage du gagnant à The Big Kahuna Getaway, si le participant sélectionné est un résident du Canada, il devra répondre correctement à une question d’habileté mathématique comportant une limite de temps, sans aucune aide, qu’elle soit mécanique ou autre, avant que le prix ne soit attribué. TROISIÈME PRIX : Un total de cent cinquante (150) gagnants recevront chacun une carte-cadeau VISA d’une valeur de 100 $ US. Cinquante (50) gagnants du Troisième Prix seront sélectionnés lors de chaque tirage.
Les prix ne sont pas attribués selon une base régionale. Les valeurs approximatives au détail (VAD) peuvent changer selon les conditions actuelles du marché au moment de l’attribution du prix, ainsi que selon la période du voyage et la distance entre le point de départ et la destination. Toute différence entre les valeurs approximatives au détail (VAD) et les valeurs réelles, le cas échéant, ne sera pas remise.
Les prix seront attribués à condition qu’un nombre suffisant de participations admissibles soit reçu. Les prix ne sont pas transférables; aucune substitution ni aucun échange contre de l’argent comptant ne sera permis, sauf à la discrétion du Commanditaire en raison de l’indisponibilité du prix, auquel cas un prix de valeur au détail égale ou supérieure sera attribué.
Les gagnants devront signer et retourner une Déclaration d’admissibilité et d’exonération de responsabilité ainsi qu’une autorisation de publicité (sauf si la loi l’interdit) dans les 14 jours suivant la tentative de notification, faute de quoi le prix pourra être annulé et un autre gagnant sera sélectionné par tirage aléatoire parmi toutes les participations admissibles restantes. La signature électronique apposée sur la Déclaration d’admissibilité et d’exonération de responsabilité ainsi que sur l’autorisation de publicité aura la même valeur juridique que la signature manuscrite de chaque gagnant.
Le Commanditaire n’est pas responsable des cartes de participation ou autres prix égarés, perdus, volés ou altérés.
Chaque gagnant d’un prix devra fournir son numéro d’assurance sociale au Commanditaire à des fins fiscales. Les taxes (le cas échéant) applicables aux prix relèvent de la seule responsabilité du gagnant. Les prix ne sont pas transférables et ne peuvent être cédés. Le Commanditaire peut, à sa seule discrétion, remplacer un prix par un autre prix de valeur égale ou supérieure si le prix annoncé devient indisponible pour quelque raison que ce soit. Les chances de gagner un prix dépendent du nombre total de participations admissibles reçues au moment du tirage.
GAGNANTS DU VOYAGE :
Vingt-cinq (25) gagnants recevront chacun un forfait voyage du Tirage au sort (désigné ci-après le « Voyage ») offert par le Commanditaire. Un Voyage sera offert au gagnant du voyage et à son (1) invité, qui devront tous deux (le Gagnant du voyage et l’Invité, tels que définis ci-dessous) avoir atteint l’âge de 21 ans au moment du Voyage, à destination d’Honolulu, Hawaï (la « Destination »). Le gagnant du Voyage sera désigné comme le « Gagnant du voyage » et son invité comme l’« Invité ».
Le Voyage comprend un billet d’avion aller-retour en classe économique, six (6) nuits d’hébergement à l’hôtel (chambre standard en occupation double et taxes de chambre seulement), des activités sélectionnées ainsi que la participation à des repas et activités organisés par le Commanditaire. La valeur approximative au détail du Voyage est de 12 000 $ US.
Les gagnants du Voyage et l’Invité seront entièrement responsables de tous les repas, boissons, transferts terrestres entre la résidence du gagnant et l’aéroport de départ, pourboires, surclassements de voyage, dépenses personnelles imprévues et tout autre frais non précisé aux présentes. Le Commanditaire se réserve le droit de remplacer le transport aérien par un transport terrestre si le Gagnant du voyage réside dans un rayon de 100 milles de la Destination. Le Gagnant du voyage et l’Invité doivent voyager selon le même itinéraire. Le Gagnant du voyage et l’Invité seront responsables d’obtenir une pièce d’identité valide émise par le gouvernement des États-Unis et/ou tout autre document de voyage requis (selon le cas) avant le départ, ainsi que de payer les coûts associés à ces documents et autres exigences. Le Voyage sera attribué à condition qu’un nombre suffisant de participations admissibles soit reçu. Le Voyage n’est pas transférable; aucune substitution ni aucun échange contre de l’argent comptant ne sera permis, sauf à la discrétion du Commanditaire en raison de l’indisponibilité du prix, auquel cas un prix de valeur au détail égale ou supérieure sera attribué. Le Gagnant du voyage devra signer et retourner une Déclaration sous serment d’admissibilité et d’exonération de responsabilité ainsi qu’une autorisation de publicité (sauf si la loi l’interdit), et l’Invité devra signer et retourner une exonération de responsabilité ainsi qu’une autorisation de publicité (sauf si la loi l’interdit), dans les 14 jours suivant la tentative de notification, faute de quoi le prix pourra être annulé et un autre gagnant sera sélectionné par tirage aléatoire parmi toutes les participations admissibles restantes. Si un Invité est considéré comme mineur selon les lois de la juridiction où il réside, son parent ou son tuteur légal devra signer et retourner l’exonération de responsabilité ainsi que l’autorisation de publicité. Les Entités du Tirage au sort ne seront pas responsables des annulations, retards, déroutements ou substitutions, ni de tout acte ou omission des transporteurs aériens, hôtels, autres sociétés de transport ou de toute autre personne fournissant ces services et hébergements aux passagers, y compris toute conséquence qui en découle, telle que des modifications des services ou des hébergements rendues nécessaires par ces circonstances. Les Entités du Tirage au sort ne seront pas responsables de toute perte ou tout dommage aux bagages. Si le Gagnant du voyage ou l’Invité devient invalide ou ne peut autrement profiter pleinement du forfait Voyage en raison d’une maladie, le Commanditaire pourra, à sa seule discrétion : (1) être dégagé de toute obligation liée à l’attribution du prix; ou (2) prolonger la période pendant laquelle le prix peut être attribué pour une durée déterminée à la seule discrétion du Commanditaire. Le Gagnant du voyage ou l’Invité devra prouver cette incapacité au moyen d’un certificat médical, lequel devra être approuvé par un autre médecin acceptable pour le Commanditaire et le Gagnant du voyage, aux frais du Gagnant du voyage. Si le Gagnant du voyage choisit de ne pas emmener d’Invité, ou si un Invité ne signe pas les documents requis conformément au présent Règlement officiel dans le délai prévu, les éléments du Voyage du gagnant associés à l’Invité seront annulés, et les autres éléments du Voyage du gagnant constitueront l’exécution complète de l’obligation du Commanditaire d’attribuer le Voyage du gagnant. Le Gagnant du voyage et l’Invité acceptent de respecter toutes les règles et réglementations des lieux visités et conviennent de ne pas adopter un comportement antisportif ou perturbateur.
Le Commanditaire déterminera, à sa seule discrétion, la compagnie aérienne et l’hôtel qui seront fournis dans le cadre du Voyage. Toutes les dates de voyage peuvent être modifiées à la seule discrétion du Commanditaire. Si le Gagnant du voyage ou un Invité n’est pas disponible ou n’est pas en mesure de voyager aux dates précisées par le Commanditaire, les privilèges du Gagnant du voyage et de l’Invité prendront fin, et un autre gagnant du Voyage sera sélectionné au hasard parmi les participations admissibles restantes, si le délai le permet. Des restrictions, conditions et limitations de voyage peuvent s’appliquer. Les arrangements de voyage sont sous réserve de disponibilité et doivent être effectués aller-retour.
Le Gagnant du voyage et l’Invité reconnaissent qu’ils devront signer une renonciation et une reconnaissance des risques concernant leur participation au Voyage. En acceptant le Voyage, le Gagnant du voyage et l’Invité libèrent par les présentes toutes les Entités du Tirage au sort et s’engagent à ne pas intenter de poursuite contre celles-ci pour tout dommage matériel ou toute blessure corporelle pouvant survenir à l’un ou l’autre d’entre eux en raison de leur participation au Voyage.

EXCLUSION D’ADMISSIBILITÉ
Les employés, dirigeants et administrateurs d’Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc., de ses sociétés affiliées, filiales, agences de publicité/promotion respectives, des autres Entités du Tirage au sort, ainsi que les membres de la famille immédiate de toute personne susmentionnée (parents, frères et sœurs, enfants et conjoint), ou les personnes qui résident dans le même foyer que ces personnes, qu’elles leur soient apparentées ou non, ne sont pas admissibles à participer au Tirage au sort.
CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION
En participant, le participant confirme et accepte d’être responsable de l’exactitude de l’adresse indiquée sur sa participation, laquelle doit être à jour et valide pendant la Période du Tirage au sort et pendant six (6) mois suivant la fin du Tirage au sort. L’adresse du participant doit être une adresse municipale. Les participations indiquant uniquement une case postale ne seront pas acceptées. Tout prix expédié à une mauvaise adresse ou non réclamé sera annulé et le gagnant sera disqualifié. L’admissibilité de chaque gagnant d’un prix sera vérifiée par le membre du Commanditaire qui a rendu le tirage au sort disponible pour ce gagnant. Après vérification, le prix sera expédié à ce membre du Commanditaire. Ce membre avisera ensuite le gagnant par téléphone, courriel ou courrier et prendra les dispositions nécessaires pour la remise du prix au gagnant. Les gagnants seront avisés. Si un prix est retourné parce qu’il n’a pu être livré, le gagnant de ce prix sera disqualifié et un autre gagnant sera sélectionné aléatoirement parmi les participations admissibles restantes. Chaque gagnant d’un prix devra signer et retourner une Déclaration d’admissibilité et d’exonération de responsabilité ainsi qu’une autorisation de publicité (sauf si la loi l’interdit) dans les 14 jours suivant la tentative de notification, faute de quoi le prix pourra être annulé et un autre gagnant sera sélectionné par tirage aléatoire parmi toutes les participations admissibles restantes.
En participant au Tirage au sort, le participant :
(a) accepte d’être lié par le présent Règlement officiel ainsi que par les interprétations de celui-ci faites par le Commanditaire et par les décisions du Commanditaire;
(b) reconnaît respecter le présent Règlement officiel;
(c) accepte de respecter toutes les lois, règles et réglementations fédérales, provinciales et locales applicables;
(d) reconnaît les dangers et risques inhérents associés à l’utilisation de véhicules motorisés de sport, y compris les blessures graves et même la perte de vie, et accepte librement et assume expressément tous les risques, dangers et périls pouvant découler de l’utilisation d’un véhicule motorisé de sport, lesquels pourraient entraîner des blessures corporelles, la perte de vie ou des dommages matériels;
(e) libère, dégage, indemnise et accepte de tenir indemnes à jamais Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc., les autres Entités du Tirage au sort, leurs sociétés respectives, sociétés affiliées, filiales, agences de publicité/promotion, ainsi que les employés, dirigeants, administrateurs et mandataires de toutes les organisations mentionnées ci-dessus, de toute responsabilité relativement à toute blessure, perte ou tout dommage subi par une personne (y compris le décès) et/ou à tout bien de quelque nature que ce soit, causé en totalité ou en partie, directement ou indirectement, par la participation au Tirage au sort, l’acceptation, la possession ou l’utilisation/la mauvaise utilisation du prix, ou la participation à toute activité liée au prix, ainsi que pour toute réclamation, demande ou cause d’action connue ou inconnue, présumée ou non présumée, passée, présente ou future, dans toute la mesure permise par la loi, sans exception ni réserve, y compris les réclamations fondées sur la diffamation, les droits de publicité, l’atteinte à la vie privée, la violation du droit d’auteur, la contrefaçon de marque de commerce ou toute autre cause d’action liée à la propriété intellectuelle.
En acceptant un prix, le gagnant accorde au Commanditaire le droit d’enregistrer, de filmer et de photographier ce gagnant (« Images »). Ces Images appartiendront au Commanditaire. Le Commanditaire et chacun de ses mandataires désignés auront le droit d’utiliser, de modifier, d’adapter, de publier, de diffuser en continu, de copier et d’exploiter ces Images ainsi que tous les éléments qui y sont incorporés, y compris le nom, l’image, la voix, les conversations et tout autre attribut du gagnant, individuellement ou avec d’autres personnes, ainsi que son nom, son adresse et toute déclaration faite par le gagnant concernant le Tirage au sort ou le Commanditaire (à condition qu’elles soient véridiques), en tout ou en partie, en combinaison avec tout autre matériel, le cas échéant, dans tous les médias connus actuellement ou développés ultérieurement, à des fins commerciales, publicitaires, promotionnelles ou à toute autre fin légale, partout dans le monde et à perpétuité, sans compensation supplémentaire, contrepartie, avis ou autorisation, sauf lorsque la loi l’interdit.
CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES
Les Entités du Tirage au sort ne sont pas responsables si le Tirage au sort ou tout prix ne peut être attribué en raison de retards, d’interruptions ou de défaillances causés par des cas de force majeure, une guerre, des catastrophes naturelles, des conditions météorologiques, des actes ou menaces de terrorisme, des grèves, des lock-out, des conflits de travail, des arrêts de travail, des incendies, des actes gouvernementaux ou tout autre événement indépendant du contrôle raisonnable des Entités du Tirage au sort.
Si, pour quelque raison que ce soit, le Tirage au sort ne peut être réalisé comme prévu, y compris, sans s’y limiter, en raison d’une infection par un virus informatique, de bogues, de manipulations, d’interventions non autorisées, de fraudes, de défaillances techniques ou de toute autre cause indépendante du contrôle raisonnable des Entités du Tirage au sort qui, selon la seule appréciation du Commanditaire, compromet ou affecte l’administration, la sécurité, l’équité, l’intégrité ou le déroulement approprié du Tirage au sort, le Commanditaire se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, d’annuler, de mettre fin, de modifier ou de suspendre le Tirage au sort ou toute partie de celui-ci. Si le Tirage au sort ou toute partie de celui-ci est annulé ou modifié avant la date de clôture du Tirage au sort, un avis sera publié sur https://bigkahunagetaway.com/ si le délai le permet, et les prix seront attribués à des gagnants potentiels sélectionnés par tirage aléatoire parmi toutes les participations admissibles restantes non altérées reçues avant tout événement indépendant du contrôle raisonnable du Commanditaire. Le Commanditaire se réserve le droit de modifier et de mettre à jour le présent Règlement officiel de temps à autre pendant le Tirage au sort à des fins de clarification.
TOUTE VIOLATION DU PRÉSENT RÈGLEMENT OFFICIEL PAR UN GAGNANT ENTRAÎNERA LA DISQUALIFICATION DE CE GAGNANT DU TIRAGE AU SORT ET TOUS SES PRIVILÈGES EN TANT QUE GAGNANT PRENDRONT FIN IMMÉDIATEMENT. TOUTE TENTATIVE PAR UNE PERSONNE QUELCONQUE DE DÉTÉRIORER DÉLIBÉRÉMENT OU DE COMPROMETTRE LE FONCTIONNEMENT LÉGITIME DU TIRAGE AU SORT PEUT CONSTITUER UNE VIOLATION DES LOIS CRIMINELLES ET CIVILES. SI UNE TELLE TENTATIVE EST EFFECTUÉE, LE COMMANDITAIRE SE RÉSERVE LE DROIT DE DEMANDER DES RECOURS ET DES DOMMAGES-INTÉRÊTS (Y COMPRIS LES HONORAIRES D’AVOCAT) CONTRE CETTE PERSONNE DANS TOUTE LA MESURE PERMISE PAR LA LOI. LES TRIBUNAUX (D’ÉTAT ET FÉDÉRAUX) SITUÉS DANS LE COMTÉ DE BEXAR, AU TEXAS, AURONT COMPÉTENCE EXCLUSIVE POUR TOUT LITIGE RELATIF AU TIRAGE AU SORT, ET LES LOIS DE L’ÉTAT DU TEXAS RÉGIRONT LE TIRAGE AU SORT. CHAQUE PARTICIPANT RENONCE À TOUTE OBJECTION RELATIVE À LA COMPÉTENCE ET AU LIEU D’INSTRUCTION DEVANT CES TRIBUNAUX ET SE SOUMET PAR LES PRÉSENTES À LEUR COMPÉTENCE.
